Get three friends to like their page, then you should be able to fill out the form under the "Earth Day" tab. It's not working for a lot of people (including me) but they say trying one or more of these tips might help:
1. After you have your friends like the page, ask them to click on the “Coupons” link - this should enter them into the database.
2. After your friends like the page, go ahead and unlike the page, then like again.
3. After your friends like the page, refresh the page.
4. After your friends like the page, log out of FB, then back in.
5. Use a different browser if possible - fans tell us Google Chrome works well, although here in our office IE and Firefox work too.
